Las Fuentes Restaurant & Bar offers a variety of award-winning cuisine prepared by our celebrated culinary team.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM; Lunch from 11:00 AM to
2:00 PM; and Dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Our Sunday Brunch is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Between and after hours, seating is available on the Sunset Terrace (weather
permitting) or in Las Fuentes Bar.
Boxed lunches are available year-round. Outdoor cookouts and pool services
are available in the summer.
Our dining room features Continental American cuisine in a casual, yet
elegant, ranch atmosphere. The southwestern décor features beamed ceilings,
authentic Navajo rugs and commissioned murals by early Santa Fe artist
W.E. Rollins.
Dress is informal by day and dressy casual in the evening. Reservations
are suggested for dinner, Sunday Brunch, Holiday events or other popular
occasions.
