Resort Fee:
There is a $14.50 per person per day resort activities fee, which covers scheduled activities such as yoga, Pilates, tai chi, any complimentary family programs. Also included is unlimited access to the fitness center, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, hiking trails, and business center. This fee also includes parking, unlimited local phone calls, in room high speed internet access, in room coffee service, daily newspaper delivery, and scheduled shuttle service to the Santa Fe Plaza. Scheduled shuttle to and from the plaza are included in the resort fee, and leave from the lobby area at 10, 2pm and 4pm with the return trip back to the Lodge 15 minutes after.
Tax Information:
There is a
10.5625% local and state tax applicable to all room charges.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night's room and tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
On all unrestricted rate plans, to avoid forfeiture of your deposit, please contact us no later than 4pm MST 72 hours prior to your arrival date if you need to change or cancel your reservation. For booking made under promotional or group rate plans, cancellations or changes must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. Reservations made under certain promotions are fully pre paid and non changeable at the time of booking.
Early Departure:
The resort enforces a $50 fee for early departure. Policy is effective at the time of check in, when guest will be asked to confirm their departure date.
