FEES & POLICIES
All times in the following policies are in Mountain Time. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Rates
Our rates cover per night room fees and do not include meals (European Plan). They are based on single or double occupancy. Children under 18 years of age sharing a room with a guardian stay free when utilizing existing bedding configurations.
Tax Information
There is a 10.625% local and state tax applicable to all room charges. Current sales tax is 6.625% for all other purchases. All taxes are subject to change and are based on state and local regulations.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.
Pet Friendly
The Bishop’s Lodge is pet friendly. A $20.00 per pet fee will be charged to the guest per day along with a $150.00 fully refundable deposit (based on room condition upon departure).
Smoking
The guest rooms and villas are 100% non-smoking. Bishop’s Lodge has designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking in the guest rooms and villas are subject to $200 cleaning fee.
Deposit Policy
The deposit may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express for one night's room and tax which is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
On all unrestricted rate plans, please contact Bishop’s Lodge no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival date by 4:00 p.m. MST if you need to change or cancel your reservation to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
Villa reservations must be cancelled by at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancelations received within 30 days will be subject to the following penalty schedule:
- Cancelations received 14-30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the one night deposit
- Cancelations received within 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire stay
Reservations made under certain promotions and packages are fully pre-paid and non-changeable at the time of booking.
Early Departure
The Bishop’s Lodge enforces a $50 fee for early departure for guest rooms. Policy is effective at the time of check-in when guests confirm their departure date.
Early departure for a villa reservation will result in forfeiture of the balance of the remaining days based on the reservation.
